Refund Policy

Effective as of August 1, 2021.

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between instalment /scholarship based/discount based payments and one-time payments made for courses, educational programs, services, and that payment options may vary from one offering to another.

Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Service and Honour Code very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other ICIS policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not receive a passing mark in a Content Offering, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final grade.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

All withdrawals/cancellations must be requested in writing 14 days before commencement of the course/ program. No request for withdrawal and/or cancellation shall be entertained thereafter. The fee paid is not adjustable against any other program of ICIS.

ICIS reserves the right to dis-enroll a student without assigning any reason, if circumstances so demand. Academic dishonesty, non-payment of fee in time – are some of the things that will invite dis-enrollment. Depending on the circumstances, ICIS may assign the student a grade of Incomplete or Fail, change the status to that of a non-credit (participation without grades) student or dis-enroll the student from the course.

FOR FEE PAID IN INSTALMENTS, AGAINST SCHOLARSHIP OR DISCOUNTED FEE

ICIS does not offer refunds for payments made under instalment plan or under any scholarship or discounted fee plan. If you cancel your enrolment without completing the total fee payment, you will not receive any refund on the fee paid till the time of cancellation.

FOR FULL FEE PAID AT ONE GO BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE WITHOUT ANY INSTALMENTS, SCHOLARSHIP OR DISCOUNTS

All withdrawals/cancellations must be requested in writing. If you cancel your paid enrollment for a course/program – at least 14 days prior to the Course start date, ICIS will offer you a refund of the amount paid after deducting the Application and Administrative Fee, through an Account Payee cheque only.

Under no other circumstances will any refund request be entertained outside of these stipulations. 

FOR OTHER PAID SERVICES

Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated as part of the sign-up process for a Service, ICIS has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.
